- The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie L. Murphy Division located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, Texas has a requirement for Hotel/Motel Lodging for authorized veterans. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 with a size standard of $6.5 million. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The contract period is June 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 with a provision for three twelve-month options to extend at the discretion of the STVHCS. All prospective offerors must provide a facility within a 5-mile radius of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division and meet requirements as outlined in solicitation. Solicitation will be made available on or about April 30, 2007 via www.fedbizopps.gov. There will be no written solicitation made available. Facsimile, telephone, or e-mail requests for the solicitation or response to the solicitation will not be accepted. Prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining amendments if any to the solicitation at the URL listed above. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 15.
