Description: Chicago office of federal agency seeks services of a public speaking consultant who specializes in one-on-one personalized coaching approach. Purpose will be to develop skills of several division directors to organize their remarks and speak effectively to civic, professional and trade groups and be available for background interviews for magazine-length articles (not for breaking-news situations). Academic background in public speaking as well as professional experience desired. Assignment will total 40 to 50 hours of individual and group sessions, concluding late summer.
