Description
This requirement is a full and open competition. The FAA is seeking qualified business to submit offers for the construction of M-I Base (Mod 4) Upgrade project at the Miami ARTCC, Miami, Florida. The work includes, but not limited to, furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment to upgrade the M-I Control Wing area, attic and roof at the ZMA ARTCC. Work includes miscellaneous demolition, removal of asbestos contaminated material, mechanical systems (air handling units), electrical systems (lighting, power and telephone) and installation of new fire protection system, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Estimated Price Range: 1 Million - 2 Million. Performance Time: 250 Calendar Days. The NAICS Code: 236220, General Building Construction.
