- Description
- The U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a contract for the development and manufacture of 120 AT System Diagnostic Kits in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer Program to Phoenix Dynamics Limited, Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent, UK on a sole source basis. The Justification & Approval (J&A), currently being staffed, addresses duplication costs to the Government and unduly schedule delays. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See numbered note 22
