In the "Performance Work Statement" attachment, under Section 5.0 - PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: Change Item 5.3 that now reads: "Surface areas shall be considered "lead free" when wipe samples are less than 200 micrograms/square foot." to read: "Surface areas shall be considered clean and "lead free" when wiped using wet methods, visibly clean, and wipe samples are less than 800 micrograms/square foot."
