Description

PROJECT SUMMARY: The National Park Service is seeking offers for a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation necessary to replace cedar shingle roof on National Landmark Chateau. LOCATION: Work will be performed in Oregon Caves National Monument in Cave Junction, Josephine County, OR. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for certified SDVOB concerns. The NAICS code for this project is 238160. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. Contract duration is 90 days following issurance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. The electronic solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about May 15, 2007 with offers due on or about June 15, 2007.
