- Battelle Memorial Institute, Pacific Northwest Division, operator of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is seeking sources to supply an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) system for use at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory in Richland, WA. We are looking for potential sources for this requirement and comments to our draft specifications. Draft specifications are listed in the attachment. All interested parties should send the following information to the point of contact below: ? Company?s capability and descriptive literature, ? Budgetary quote to include cost estimate, delivery estimate and comments ?
