- This is a Sources Sought RFQ/Request for Information. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking possible sources to trade-in or purchase a Storage Area Network (SAN) located at the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service in Phoenix, Arizona. All equipment proposed must meet specifications identified below; however proposals may include specifications above those cited. All offerors must deliver within 30 days or less. Delivery timeframes should be included in your quote. Quotes/offers must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. Please carefully identify the delivery specifications per grouped items. Reference numbers have been provided to assure appropriate acceptance for delivery, this reference number if awarded must be on all shipping documents. SAN Specifications and Requirements: - Connect existing 10 Dell 2650, 2850 servers with qlogic Fiber channel adapters, through existing Brocade silkworm fiber switches. - Allow servers to boot of the fiber network, thus having diskless servers. - Must be able to support iSCSI, in addition to fiber. - Support for raid 1,5,10 - Must have 2.5TB of storage, upgradeable to minimum of 50TB of storage. - Hard drives must be SCSI, but be able to accept SATA drives. - Snapshot capabilities - Web based management of SAN - Redundant control modules in case of failure. - 24/7 monitoring via SMTP of SAN with 4 hour support window - Maintenance - Installation and migration of existing data to new SAN - Professional Installation of equipment (SAN) - Quantity: 1 Each - Location: Phoenix Indian Health Service, 40 N. Central Avenue, Suite 605, Phoenix, Arizona, 85004. - Equipment currently in place at the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service is a Xio Magnitude by XioTech. Please provide information and/or specifications to equipment that may fit into the above specified. The Indian Health Service is looking to trade-in current equipment (SAN) for an upgraded system.
