Description

VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Janitorial Services and Supplies. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Item, Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. NAICS Code is 561720. This procurement is set-aside for AbilityOne formerly known as JWOD. The solicitation will be available on or about May 09, 2007. This procurement is to obtain Janitorial Services and Supplies for the Ventura Vet Center located at 790 East Santa Clara street, Suite 100, Venturam, CA 93001. Period of performance shall be from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with the Government having the option to exercise four (4) one year renewal periods through June 30, 2012. The Contractor shall provide all necessary and appropriate labor supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to sucessfully perform janitorial services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time June 8, 2007. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
