Description: The Southern Region Contracting Center East, Fort McPherson, Georgia intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) W911SE-07-R-0021. The Government anticipates awarding The Sentinel Newspaper contract for a two year base, on or about 24 July 2007 through 23 July 2009, and two additional options to be exercised at the Governments discretion as follows (estimated dates): Option One 24 July 2009 through 23 July 2011, Option Two 24 July 2011 through 23 July 2013. This solici tation will be issued as full and open competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511110, Newspaper Publishers; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract will be a C ivilian Enterprise (CE), no cost, type contract in accordance with (IAW) AR 360-1 www.army.mil/usapa/ (The Army Public Affairs Program). The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 May 2007. Proposals will be due on or about 14 June 2007, 4:00 PM EST.
