- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-07-Q-0027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0314. This solicitation will be set-aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System is 326299. The small business size is 500 employees. BID SCHEDULE: Bid Schedule shall be for Emergency Lift Bag 33?, 27 PSI, Part # 525022, 6 ea; Inflation Hose, 10 ft, Polyurethane with thermoplastic couplers, black, Part # 252254AF, 12 ea; Air Bag Controller, Part # 266837AF, 9 ea; Dual Controller for 18? Air Bag, 382526AF, 6 ea; Dual Piston Regulator, 4500 PSI, Part # 72128-4T, 6 ea; ALT Generic Clear Coat 11.5" X 4.31 Glass Composite High Pressure Vessel, Part # 1274174, 6 ea; High Pressure Air Transfer Hose Assembly for Filling High Pressure Cylinders, Part # 139307AF, 3 ea; Tactical Back Pack, Desert Tan (larger version), Part # LA1600DT, 3 ea; Miscellaneous Parts - Set of spare parts consisting of: Patch Kit, adhesive cloth, assorted patches, 3 ea 1/4 MNPT coupler nipples, 3 ea 1/4 FNPT coupler nipples, 3 ea 1/4 MNPT couplers, 1 ea thpe, 6" and 8", flat black color, adjustable wrenches, 1 ea pouch for holding parts and tools (black), 3 ea. All items quoted must be the exact items listed OR EQUAL. The contracting officer will determine if the quoted products are suitable substitutions making them qualify as an OR EQUAL product. DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE: Delivery shall be made not later than 31 May 2007 to 38 RQS, 7196 A Savannah Rd, Moody AFB, GA 31699. FOB POINT: Destination. Destination price must include shipping. EVALUATION: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the best value offeror based on price and the contractor's ability to meet the delivery schedule.
