Description

The US Government intends to buy Environmental Control Units (ECUs) from Environmental Systems, Inc., using contract number W15P7T-04-D-A608. This acquisition, solicitation number W15P7T-07-R-C033, will be advertised on the IBOP opening on 18 May 20 07 and closing on 18 June 2007. This is a sole source acquisition under FAR 6.302-1 which increases the ceiling on contract W15P7T-04-D-A608 for the following: 670 each 18,000 (18K) British Thermal Units/Hours (BTU/H) 208 volt (V) three-phase (3-PH) 50/6 0 hertz (HZ) Environmental Control Units (ECUs) (NSN: 4120-01-523-4472); 300 each 18K BTU/H 230(V) single-phase (1-PH) 50/60 HZ ECUs (NSN: 4120-01-523-4131); 900 Technical Manuals (TMs). The Government does not possess the technical data for the items above. These units are currently bought from Environmental Systems, Inc. under existing contract number W15P7T-04-D-A608. See note 22.
