Description
The NAVICP, Mechanicsburg intends to negotiate a 6-month advanced delivery order for the repair and refurbishment of various repair parts in support of the various Naval systems to include the AN/BSY-2 LMC-S Submarine Combat System, AN/BLQ-10 Submarine Electronic Warfare System, NAVIGATION, AN/SQS-53C Sonar Set, OA-9070 Towed Array System, and Electric Power Distribution System with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Ocean, Radar and Sensor Systems, Syracuse, NY on an other than full and open competition basis. As the original manufacturer of the systems and components, Lockheed Martin uniquely possesses the specialized knowledge, data, tooling, parts, and test equipment necessary to affect the repair and refurbishment work required. Items to be repaired include Circuit Card Assemblies, Electronic Components, Power Supplies, Keyboard Displays, and Disk Drive Units. A formal solicitation will not be issued. Responsible sources with may identify their interest and capability to perform all or any portion of this requirement, in writing, no later than 30 days from date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the government. Any firm believing they can meet the requirements stated above must provide documentation to include brochures and/or literature that show they can meet the requirements.
