- The Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Information Technology Center intends to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Microsoft to provide Microsoft Premier Support Services through an authorized Microsoft reseller, who holds a GSA schedule contract for the Premier Support services. The period of performance is for a base year and two one-year option periods. The estimated dollar value over the course of three years is $1,500,000.00. The solicitation will be made available for competition to the approved Microsoft resale vendors who provide the Premier Support services on their current GSA schedule. DOL intends to issue a firm-fixed-price BPA based on proposed GSA discounts proposed by vendors. This award will be made on or about May 15, 2007. The proposed acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only authorized Microsoft resellers in accordance with FAR 8.4, 8.405-6(2).
