There is driving access to both sites. Hydroseed contractor will be responsible for providing their own water. 15 acres base item The hydro seed mixture will be DOT standard with the following minimal standards: 2000-lbs mulch per acre 100-lbs of seed per acre 050-lbs of annual ryegrass 450-lbs of fertilizer (10-20-20) per acre/40% of which is slow release Highland bent grass 10% Tall fescue/red fescue 40% Annual/perennial ryegrass 40% White clover 10%
