- The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, NC has a requirement for Leasing of Vehicles. Vehicles will be driven in a ramming/crashing technique method of driving. All requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation number is H92239-07-T-0032 and will be issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ). USASOC intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures. The RFQ is set aside for Small Business . Interested contractors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database prior to award. Information regarding the registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. Offerors will be required to complete either paper copy of the Representations and Certifications or may complete them online at http://orca.bpn.gov. This acquisition is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 regarding the acquisition of commercial items.
