Description

Request For Information (RFI) LANL Drilling Services NAICS 237110 EP2007-0238-RFI Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is seeking to: 1) Identify potential Offerors for Drilling Services as described in the SOW found at http://www.lanl.gov/orgs/sup/procurement/solicitations/0238_rfi/index.shtml; 2) Select companies to receive a Request for Proposal (RFP); 3) Determine the feasibility of making the procurement a Small Business Set Aside; 4) Learn of industry capabilities; 5) Obtain comments on the SOW. Key attributes of companies that will be selected to receive the RFP: Ability to staff, equip, and manage multiple drill sites simultaneously Extensive experience in performing environmental investigation drilling within the federal arena (RCRA) Experience drilling in complex geologic settings, such as Los Alamos, potentially requiring multiple drilling methods on a single borehole Demonstrated strong commitment to health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance Potential Offerors are requested to submit a brief description of their company and its qualifications for performing this work, and any comments by June 4, 2007, to: Terrence Forrester LANL M/S D442 Los Alamos, NM 87545 Forrester_terrence@lanl.gov 505.665.1739 (office)
