- This pre-solicitation announcement modification is to change the solicitation due date from May 31, 2007 at 2:30 PM (Puerto_Rico Atlantic time) to June 29, 2007 at 2:30 PM (Puerto_Rico Atlantic time) for Solicitation No. VA-248-07-RQ-0018 for project titled VALET PARKING SERVICES at Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, VA Parking Garage, #10 Calle Casia, San Juan, Puerto Rico under applicable NAICS number 812930.   This solicitation will be available only for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). QUESTIONS shall be submitted in writing via facsimile or e-mail attention to the Contracting Officer no later than 10 days after the solicitation is posted at Fedbizopps (FBO) web site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Verbal or telephone inquiries won't be accepted. All responses to written questions, impacting the solicitation will be answered and incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation, for the benefit of all offerors. Solicitation No. VA-248-07-RQ-0018 electronic solicitation package will be available to the public as Request for Quotation at FBO web site by or after June 1st, 2007. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Offerors shall go to FBO web site to download subject solicitation package, including any related attachments and/or amendments. In case the solicitation due date is extended, all interested offerors shall be responsible to monitor the changes posted at FBO web site, prior the solicitation due date. Each offeror shall acknowledge receipt of each amendment, submitting each amendment attention to the CO at Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Procurement Business Division, Tres Ríos Building - San Patricio, #27 Ave. J.
