- This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603(i) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-0426. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on F3V5H27124A100. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 321114, Size Standard, 500 employees. Line Item 0001 ? Utility Pole, 30ft, class 3, CuNAP (Copper Naphthenate) treated, gained with 5/8 inch drilled hole 12 inches from the top for loading crossarm. Must have ?self loading arm?. Quantity: 97 each. FOB: Destination to 366 TRS/TTEE, 727 Missile Road, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311.
