- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W31P4Q-07-Q-0011 is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisi tion Circular 2005-16. This purchase is set-aside for small business, NAICS code 333512, small business size standard 500 employees. CLIN 0001 will be issued for 1 Milltronics Milling Machine CNC, Model VKM4, Accessory Package A, Accessory Package B, Acc essory Package C, VKM-Newell, VKM-LCD-UPG, VKM-HWHL, VKM-Startup, CAT 40 Tooling Package. The place of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point is U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898, Central Receiving Building 8022. All r esponsible small business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency, if received by June 15, 2007 noon, local time. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by l aw, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation C ommercial items, The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, Offerors must include a completed copy with the offer or state On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) has been completed; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. Offer is due not later than 12:00 noon, Local Time, June 15, 2007 in the contr acting office, Building 5400, Room B148, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, 35898-5250.
