Description
REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 37,825 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: The geographical area of consideration for this requirement is as follows: Starting at the intersection of S. President Street and E. Lombardi Street; West on E. Lombardi Street/W. Lombardi Street to Hopkins Place; North on Hopkins Place becoming N. Liberty Street becoming Cathedral Street to Centre Street; East on Centre Street to intersection of I-83; south on I-83 becoming S. President Street to E. Lombardi Street. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 11, 2008. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
