A firm fixed price contract to be awarded to Small Business firm is contemplated. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. To be eligible for award as a small business, an offer must represent in good faith that it?s a small business at the time of written representation as determined by the Small Business Administration. The government does not own data rights to this item, however, will provide product description and commercial item description to all Small Business firms during the solicitation phase. The approximate issue date will be 22 May 2007 with a response by 11 Jun 2007 or 20 days after actual solicitation is posted.
