NOUN: Sling, Lifting, Engin; PRON: AX6T1119, NSN: 4920-01-108-3483, PN: 21C7081G02, Quantity: Min 345 / Max 729 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) require ment applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 345 each, 431 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 275 DACA. Requi red delivery without First Article Testing is 345 each, 287 DACA. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than service disabled veteran owned small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annot ated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. smal l businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
