Description

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source contract to AAR Mobility Systems to furnish the following: CLIN0001: (2) each model 56221032 ISU-90 EO 1 Door Tan W/032 Kit container, CLIN0002: (2) each model 60037001 Kit Corner Caster Mobility, CLIN0003: Shipping Charges. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 332439 with a business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and ORCA (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of any contract and agreements.
