- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, materials, transportation, replacement parts, filters, lubricating oils, refrigerant, chemical supplies, supervision etc., necessary to operate, service, maintain and repair heating, ventiating, and air conditioning systems located in various buildings at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) 530 acre site. Buildings to be serviced inlcude 9,10 ,11,16,17,18,19,20,20A,22,24,25,27,30,41,42,43,44,46,47,48,49,52,114,201,300,301,302,306,308,314,331,507 and three gatehouses. Building 20 is a 700,000 square foot office building. Buildings 43 and 306 are two story structures. All other buildings are single story. Additionally the contractor shall service and maintain the plumbing systems in Buldings 20 and 20A. Period of performance shall be for (1) year beginning September 1, 2007 thru August 31, 2008, with four one year options. Issue date is June 13, 2007. All offers are due by 1:00 PM EST July 13, 2007.
