Description

Seeking expressions of interest, to lease Office Space TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease, seeking expressions of interest, for approximately 16,200 rentable square feet of Office space within the following boundaries: North: 35th Street South: 47th Street East: Damen Avenue West: Kedzie Avenur Chicago, Illinois We are seeking Office space. The office space must be first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield a minimum of 13,410 and a maximum of 14,080 occupiable square feet for the agency?s personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous, on one floor. In addition, parking must be available to accommodate employees and public; approximately 70 spaces. Occupancy, if funding and approval authority is secured, is desired by the Second Quarter 2009 for a lease term of Fifteen years, Ten years firm. The General Services Administration is not using tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions at this time. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
