- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease up to approximately 2,581 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Space must yield between 1,500 - 2,350 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) of space available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before December 31, 2006. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: North: I-80 South: US Highway 422 East: State Route 308 West: I-79 REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
