- This corrects the format only. DISA/DITCO, 2300 East Drive, Bldg 3600, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406 intends to issue a sole source /brand name contract. (i)This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 ( c)(1) FAR Par 6, 6.302-1 (c), brand name. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. (ii) The solicitation number HC1013-07-T-0080 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. (iv) This solicitation is a small business set-aside action, the standard industrial SIC code is 511210. (v) CLIN item 0001 TileFlow Plus Site License with 1 year maintenance QTY 1 each. (vi) TileFlow Plus software site license 12 months with 1 year maintenance. (vii) Delivery shall be made to: DISA/Denver Westhem Ops, 5775 DTC BLVD Ste 350, Greenwood Village, CO 80111-3201 FOB Destination. The period of performance shall start no later than 18 June 2007. Justification: Tile Flow Plus provide the scientific, computational fluid dynamics model that is unique from other software and provides DISA with the necessary tools to create the most cost-efficient data centers possible. No other comprehensive software exists on the market that could provide DISA with the necessary calculations for temperature and airflow distribution as TileFlow Plus.
