- The purpose of this notice is to provide information on the DOE Radiological and Environmental Sciences Laboratory (RESL) A-76 Request for Proposal (RFP) DE-RP01-07NE24424. For more information on the RESL A-76 Study see Request for Information (RFI) Number DE-RI01-07NE24424 listed in FedBizOpps. This competitive acquisition is an unrestricted procurement under North American Industry Code (NAICS) 541380, with a size limit standard of $10 million, for Testing Laboratories. The RFP is scheduled for release on or about June 11, 2007. After release of the RFP, DOE will hold a site visit and pre-proposal conference at RESL on Thursday, June 28, 2007. All interested parties are required to Pre-register by completing and submitting the registration form below. DOE will confirm registrations and provide the precise time and location for the pre-proposal conference. Attendance is limited to no more than three persons from each firm or team. Following the pre-proposal conference, a list of attending firms or teams will be posted on this IIPS site. Completed registration forms are required to be submitted through the DOE-IIPS website not later than June 20, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. EDT. Please note that only U.S. citizens with the proper identification will be permitted to attend the site visit and conference. A certification statement signed by an officer of the firm/team is required to validate that each individual attending the pre-proposal conference and site visit is a U.S. citizen. The RFP may be downloaded from the DOE-IIPS website when it becomes available at http://e-center.doe.gov/. Instructions on how to register and submit a response can be found on the help document at the DOE IIPS website listed above. For technical assistance please contact the E-commerce Help Center at 1-800-683-0751 (Select Option 1 for IIPS related questions)(Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EDT), or email the DOE IIPS administrator at iips_helpdesk@e-center.doe.gov. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS NOTICE AND THE RESULTING RFP SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT QUESTION BUTTON IN DOE-IIPS. TELEPHONE OR ELECTRONIC MAIL INQUIRIES MADE DIRECTLY TO DOE REGARDING THIS NOTICE AND THE RESULTING RFP WILL NOT RECEIVE RESPONSES. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this DOE-IIPS site for the release of any additional information, amendments to this notice, solicitation, or other related documents. To assist in this process, it is suggested after interested parties have registered on DOE-IIPS to click-on the button entitled, Join Mailing List and fill-out the required information to receive automated notifications.
