Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required to construct approximate 340 square foot addition to the existing residence. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition, earthwork, concrete foundation and floor slabs, wood framing, wood trusses, metal siding, doors, windows, various interior finishes, heating, and electrical system(s) modifications. Work will be performed at the Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge which is located in Ward County, North Dakota. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The total performance period is 120 days after notice to proceed is issued. The acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS code is 236118 and small business size standard is $31M. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on, or about, June 22, 2007, with an anticipated closing date of July 23, 2007. The solicitation, specifications, and drawings can be obtained at www.fbo.gov once issued. Award shall not be made to firms who have not registered as an Active vendor in CCR will not be considered.
