- NSWC PHD is announcing their intent to order various requirements from BAE Systems, Land and Armaments LP, Armament Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-07-G-5438. The BOA will be issued by Naval Sea Systems Command. The BOA is anticipated to be issued within the next 30 days. Upon award of the BOA, the following requirements will be ordered from BAE: Cruiser Modernization Program gun mount upgrades (2 ea; MK75 Recoil Cylinders (FMS requirement); MK75 2J component overhauls (various quantities); MK45 2J component overhauls (various quantities); MK45 Gun Barrels (2 ea); MK45 Ship Change Design installations (various quantities); MK45 MOD 4 gun mount overhauls (3 mounts); MK45 INCO/OBRP Kits (various quantities) Cruiser Modernization Program gun mount upgrades (2 ea) Turbine Pump Ejection System component overhaul (FMS requirement); MK45 ECP 780-226 (various quantities); MK45 ECP 780-255 (various quantities); MK45 ECP 780-256 (various quantities); MK45 ORDALT 16941 (various quantities); Surface Vessel Torpedo Tubes launcher overhaul (various quantities); MK45 MOD 2 training course (FMS requirement) Overhaul kit for the San Diego gun mount trainer (1 ea); MK75 Barrel Tubes 7 ea; MK75 Barrel Liners 7 ea; MK110 MOD 0 Gun Mount Engineering Tasks; and MK45 WPN Initial Spares.
