- NSN: 6685-01-107-3962. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Pressure Dial Gauge. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three (3) approved source of supply, Goodrich Corporation, CAGE 13002, Part Number 1958C22-101; McDonnell Douglas Corporation, CAGE 76301, Part Number 74J450655-101; and Circle Seal Controls, Inc., CAGE 91816, Part Number 12-60. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 308 each, Option Year EAQ: 308 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 119 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 26 June 2007. The anticipated award date is 26 August 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26 apply. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
