Description: VAPSHCS intends to negotiate a contract with Firth Design LLC of Seattle, WA for a Provel T5 (T6) Automated Thermoformer for prosthetic socket forming. Independent O&P is the only known source for this equipment manufactured by Firth Design. Firth Design is the only known manufacturer of an automated thermoformer. No solicitation will be issued unless other potential offerors notify the Contracting Officer in writing of their interest no later than June 19, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. Interested offerors must include technical product information along with their request.
