Description

Sources Sought - The Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center and Product Manager Target Identification and Meteorological Sensors (PM TIMS) are seeking sources to provide a continuation of technical support and software deve lopment support for the Meteorological Measuring Set-Profiler (MMS-P) and Meteorological Measuring Set (MMS) Systems, and any other programs that are related to Profiler. This requirement will include activities for the preparation, review, and update of s oftware, to include mesoscale meteorological models and software post processing, technical documentation, preparation of independent technical assessments and studies, engineering services and the coordination of hardware/software development activities a nd associated integration. On-call technical services including repairs and deep cleanings will be required. In addition, the contractor will provide technical support and participate in demonstrations, technical evaluations, testing and fieldings in CONUS and OCONUS. This survey is also issued IAW the requirements of FAR Part 10 to determine the applicability of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
