- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST - National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources for Technical Support for its Dense Plasma Focus (DPF) project. The Subcontractor shall provide professional, skilled subject matter personnel to perform technical development and testing of the Dense Plasma Focus (DPF) project. These services shall assist the Defense Experimentation and Stockpile Stewardship (DE&SS) mission of National Security Technologies LLC (NSTec) (Contractor). See the attached Draft Statement of Work and Labor categories with descriptions and estimated numbers of hours describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. Department of Energy Q clearances are required at start of work. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide a Project Summary that demonstrates how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the necessary skills to support the statement of work and demonstrate that is has the experience required by the statement of work. The Award will be based on Best Value. Responses are due by July 2, 2007. Please respond via email.
