- This solicitation is for the procurement of Single-Fold Paper Towel Dispensers, identified as National Stock Number 4510-00-224-8549 under a Standing Quote Agreement. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN. Note the dispenser is fabricated of carbon or stainless steel with a minimum thickness of 0.029 inch. Plastic dispensers will not be accepted. Offerors must meet the conditions in the solicitation and award will be made based on the lowest evaluated price, technically acceptable offer. This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement for a period of 9-months not to exceed $100K.
