- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for the installation and associated installation service of Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR)equipment and Consolettes to support Commander, Navy Region Northwest (CNRNW) in accordance with specifications to be provided in the solicitation. To prevent any compromise of existing Motorola warranties the installation must be performed by an authorized Motorola Service Center at numerous Naval sites. This effort is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Day Wireless, Seatac, WA an authorized Motorola Service Center per FAR 6.302. A base contract plus 2 option years is anticipated. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation is being issued as a commercial acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order FOB Destination. Written requests may be emailed to patricia.bly@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed.
