Description

The VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS), 10 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD, has a requirement for VALET PARKING services to alleviate the severe parking problems experienced at this facility. The Contractor will utilize both valet parking and high-density assisted parking to accommodate the parking needs at this facility. Contractors must show that they are regularly established to provide the required services; be financially responsible; and show evidence of reliability, ability, experience, and have personnel directly employed to render satisfactory service. Contractor employees must process a valid Maryland driver's license and be fluent in the English language. This solicitation will be issued on a best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include, but not be limited to, past performance, technical capability, and operational plan. Solicitation will be available through Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about July 16, 2007. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Contract will be setup for a period of one year plus four one-year options. Any questions concerning this requirement should be submitted, IN WRITING, to Carol L. This is issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSBSA) utilizing NAIC 561210. Bid opening date is August 21, 2007.
