Description

DESC: 230 ton CNC Press Brake, Part Number Cincinnati Model 230MX10 or equal. The item to procure is a quantity of one each 230 Ton CNC True Ram Style Press Brake. Torsion Army Style Press Brakes will not be considered. Machine msut be capable of 700 ipm ram speeds, +/-0.0002 ram repeatability, PC operator controls (Windows compatible and graphic tool interface). Additional features shall include (as a minimum) 6 extended stoke, power clamping, autocrowning, electronic presence sensing with ap plicalbe machine interaces, dynamic thickness compensaion, 6 axis backgage, bend simulation software (with network license), 4 track extension, rapid work supports. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 3 Jul 2007. This will be solicited as a Fu ll and Open, competitive buy. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing t he following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parti es to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bi d or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
