- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals from qualified U.S. organizations interested in providing the services as described in the attached solicitation. This is a full and open competition, under which any type of U.S. organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 15 shall apply. USAID plans to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) term contract. USAID encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns and women-owned small business concerns in this activity as the prime contractor or as subcontractors in accordance with Part 19 of the FAR. If substantive questions are received which affect the response to the solicitation, or if changes are made to the closing date and time, as well as other aspects of the RFP, this solicitation will be amended. Any amendments to this solicitation will be issued and posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Offerors are encouraged to check this website (http://www.fbo.gov) periodically. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding this solicitation should be received no later than June 29, 2007 at 4.00 P.M local time, in writing only via fax or e-mail.
