- TTHIS MODIFICATION IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE TO JULY 10, 2007. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST - National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources for Technical Support for its Device Assembly Facility (DAF) Program. The Subcontractor shall provide professional, skilled subject matter personnel to perform an array of technical support services for Device Assembly Facility (DAF) Program. These services shall assist the Defense Experimentation and Stockpile Stewardship (DE&SS) mission of National Security Technologies LLC (NSTec) (Contractor) in accomplishing the Stockpile Stewardship Device Assembly Facility (DAF) Program's strategic objectives to support the complex technical operations needed to maintain the safety and reliability of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile. See the attached Draft Statement of Work and Labor categories with descriptions and estimated numbers of hours describing the requirement. Please note that attached are drafts and that the RFP will be the governing document. Department of Energy Q clearances are required at start of work. Some positions will require Human Reliability Program (HRP) certification. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide a Project Summary that demonstrates how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the necessary skills to support the statement of work and demonstrate that is has the experience required by the statement of work.
