Description: THIS IS A SOLE-SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government intends to issue a sole-source contract to Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon (BWSC) for design services to provide for design of primary and secondary runway extensions at Naval Outlying Field Evergreen in Evergreen, Alabama.
