Description

There are organization at Fort Leonard Wood being reorganized that require relocation. These organizations reside in suite 104, building 3200; suite 115, building 3220; suite 141, building 3200, suite 2691, building 3201; various rooms in building 2 of the UM Tech Park located on Replacement Ave. There are approximately 140 people in the space under consideration. These individuals will be required to relocate between contract award to 30 September 2007 to suite 114, 115, and 104, building 3200. These relocations would required the Contractor to perform all tasks specified to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall relocate office property and equipment both boxed and unboxed from one specified location to an other specified location on the installation. The relocation will generally center on the MANSCEN headquarters complex, buildings 3200 adn 3201 but may include buildings up to two miles away in satisfying the requirements of this PWS. The Government will p ay only for services actually delivered in accordance with the agreement.
