Description

Dynamic Educational Sysytems, Inc. is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (16-24 years old) at the Jacksonville Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following positions: Mental Health Consultant/Psychologist; Dentist; Physician and Optometrist/Optometry Services. All subcontracts listed will be awarded for the period covering February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007. All services will be performed on site at the Jacksonville Job Corps Center except Optometry Services, which must be located in the Jacksonville area for the center to transport students.
