Description
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) incident management curriculum for the National Guard Bureau (NGB) in its role for Homeland Defense. The requiring activity is the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint National Training Capability (JNTC). Some of the areas the training curriculum shall address include CBRNE deployment operations, incident operations, de-contamination operations, and emergency care. The solicitation will provide a detailed specification for development and delivery of a CBRNE training curriculum. Initial delivery will be at the Austin, Texas National Guard unit, with six (6) options for delivery to various National Guard units. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 611430 and $6.5M, respectively. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. This announcement will be updated when the solicitation has been released along with the Request For Proposal (RFP) number. The closing date of the RFP will be established in the RFP. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions.
