Description: The Library of Congress intends to negotiate non-competitively with EMC Corporation of 4246 Collections Center Drive; Chicago, IL 60693. The requirement to procure on a firm fixed price basis for the acquisition of additional licenses for CAPTIVA client and server software a proprietory package that supports and is used with Copyright Office's eCO system. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to LaTalya Palmer-Lewis via email at lpal@loc.gov. The cut off date for questions is July 20, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Library of Congress. The Library reserves the right to make an award on the intial award without discussions.
