Description
RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS REGARDING REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) No. 070106: FY 2007 FEPA TRAINING (PROVIDE A FULL-SERVICE TRAINING FACILITY). QUESTION #1: Is there any possibility that San Antonio, TX or Hampton, VA,would be considered as a location for the EEOC FY 2007 FEPA Training? EEOC RESPONSE: The five (5) locations under consideration for the EEOC FY 2007 FEPA Training are listed in the combine synopsis solicitation (RFQ # 070106). The EEOC will not consider any other locations at this time. QUESTION #2: Can you share if this is a first time meeting? If not, where was the most FEPA training held? EEOC RESPONSE: We have conducted numerous FEPA training at various locations within the United States. The last time EEOC held a large centralized training for FEPAs was last October, in Dallas,TX. EEOC believes that most of the participants will have attended at least one EEOC FEPA Training. QUESTION #3: What does FEPA stands for? EEOC RESPONSE: The acronym "FEPA" means Fair Employment Practices Agencies, as stated in the Combine-Synopsis Solicitation RFQ07106, posted at the Fedbizzopps website: www.fedbizopps.gov, on June 27, 2007. QUESTION #4: Do you plan on visiting New Orleans prior to your decision? If so, we can facilitate your visit in setting up your entire schedule-reservations for your stay, airport transfers, and scheduling your appointments. EEOC RESPONSE: A site visit is contingent upon the whether the Government exercises its right to conduct an on-site visit and will be limited to those quoters who submit a quotation that is determined to be technically acceptable, i.e.; meets all the qualifications of the solicitation (RFQ # 070106) QUESTION #5: The following two questions were submitted regarding the CLIN line items(See QUESTION #5(a)and #5(b) below): CLIN 0001-Lodging: QTY: 1 lot: $_________ (See below Lodging Requirements; CLIN 0002-Food and Beverage Services: Quantity (QTY): 660 each @ ________ (Unit Price), Total for CLIN 0002; CLIN 0003-Rental of Audio Visual Equipment (Supplies): QTY: 12 ea for 8 days @ $_________(Unit Price), Total for CLIN 0003: and CLIN 0004: Miscellaneous Expenses One (1) Internet connection and one (1) Telephone line) QTY: 1 lot. $_________. QUESTION #5(a). CLIN 0001 and 0004 request QTY: 1 lot - Does that mean the total amount for both weeks together? EEOC RESPONSE: Yes. The Quantity of 1 lot is for both weeks. QUESTION #5(b). CLIN 0003 requests Supplies for 8 days, but what about CLIN 0003 that requests 660 Food and Beverage Services? 660 would be corresponding to one week / 2 training classes. Should it be 660 x 2? EEOC RESPONSE: No. The quantity 660 is the total for both weeks. QUESTION #6: Can the quotation be hand delivered to your office? EEOC RESPONSE: Yes. QUESTION #7: Is Site Solutions Worldwide acting as a 3rd party booking agent for the EEOC for this program "EEOC FY 2007 FEPA Training"? If so, should we have the hotels respond to them?
