Description

This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for 200 each Eagle Spirit Alphanumeric Pagers, Part # W03APS256913800, Model # 2569P, brand name or equal. The contractor shall also provide for narrowband capable programming on 138.325 MHz, a 3-year extended warranty, and shipping costs for delivery to Ellsworth AFB, 28th Communications Squadron. This anticipated solicitation will be as a 100% small business set-aside. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The successful offeror will be selected based on the lowest price and delivery schedule resulting in the best value to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code is 517211. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 4812 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/.
