Description: The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Owens Scientific Inc for two (2) UNFOR XI X-Ray QZ Kits. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 27 July 2007. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
