Description

Requirement for award of a requirements contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for Slurry Seal Requirements located on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This Invitation For Bid has a contract period consisting of a base period of one year with two (2) one-year option periods. Project magnitude for the base contract period plus options is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds will be required after award. The NAICS code is 237310 with a small business size standard of $31 million. Competition is full and open. Bid documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 August 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copi es of bid documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments . The Bid opening date will be approximately 30 days after bid issuance (initial posting on website) as indicated on the solicitation.
